Gnarly Joe® African Black Soap Face Wash is made entirely with natural ingredients and is different to anything you’ve tried before. Even though it’s thin and watery in viscosity, it’s exceptionally concentrated and deceptively powerful (a little goes a long way, which means this bottle will last a long time). Due to the Cocoa Pod Ash used in the formulation, it’s dark brown in colour and immediately forms a rich, white lather.

Scent

This vegan-friendly Face Wash is made with African Black Soap and Shea Butter, infused with Grapeseed, Tea Tree and Cedarwood Essential Oils. The mix of oils gives a pleasing scent: The Grapeseed adds subtle sweetness to the Eucalyptus and Citrus-properties of Tea Tree, which contrasts nicely with the more grounding, woody and earthy notes of the Cedarwood.

How to Use

Kind enough to use daily. Don’t be fooled by the thin and runny viscosity of the Body & Foot Wash; it’s more concentrated than you think and you shouldn’t need much. Start by dispensing one full pump into your palm and massage into your face. A rich white lather will immediately form. Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry gently with a towel.

Great facewash

I've worked my way through most of the face washes available these days but this is definitely my favourite. A little goes a long way, it smells fantastic and leaves my face feeling really great (and ready for a Gnarly Joe serum). A little more expensive than other leading brands but since you need so little it works out cheaper over time. Well worth a try...

You only need a tiny amount of this fantastic face wash

Good product poor packaging.

The product is really nice. You only need a small amount and it lathers nicely in your hands. It also smells great! However the packaging really lets it down. On the website it had a pump in the picture, but I received it with a small hole in the lid. This quickly gets clogged up and makes it difficult to use.

This is the best face wash I’ve used by far. Very well researched and produced product, excellent cleaning while leaving your face feeling fantastic. Highly recommended
