Hair Mask: Apply before going to bed and use on either wet or dry hair. The butters and plant oils are exceptionally thick and concentrated, so most hair lengths won’t need much conditioner (a little will go a long way).

To avoid overloading your hair and making it greasy, start with just a small scoop on the end of a finger, rubbed between your palms to melt the balm and warm the oils. Distribute evenly throughout your hair for at least two minutes, using your fingertips to massage the scalp whilst applying (this will stimulate blood circulation, which encourages healthy hair growth). Repeat as necessary to ensure complete coverage and finally, comb through. Wash out in the morning. Kind enough to use every night.

Shampoo: Use in the morning to wash out the Hair Mask. Don’t be fooled by the thin and runny viscosity of the Shampoo; it’s more concentrated than you think and you shouldn’t need much, even for long hair. Start by dispensing one full pump into your palm and massage thoroughly into your wet hair. A rich white lather will immediately form and, if necessary, you can repeat the dose at this point. Spend two minutes using your fingers to massage the Shampoo thoroughly into your scalp and hair, getting right down to the base of the follicles. This massaging action will also stimulate blood flow, assisting in healthy hair growth. Rinse out with warm water and dry with a towel.
