As well as providing a refreshing and reviving scent, Peppermint naturally cleanses the skin and is a potent antiseptic, which delivers relief from painful under-beard spots and skin irritation. It’s also antimicrobial, so it cleanses the skin pores deeply. 

Joe’s Peppermint Oil is gently steam-distilled from the leaves of Peppermint plants, to preserve its potent natural benefits.

First drench your beard and face with water (using cold water will boost the refreshing and cooling feeling of the peppermint, but warm or tepid water is fine). Using a finger, scoop a small amount of the exfoliant gel into your palm, and then distribute this evenly around your beard & face (avoiding the immediate eye area). This gel is potent and you won’t need to use much; a little goes a long way. Use this exfoliant once or twice a week, and ideally, immediately after washing and shampooing your beard.

Spend around 1-2 minutes massaging the gel gently into your skin and the roots of your beard hair, using smooth circular motions with your fingertips. Now thoroughly rinse the exfoliant gel out, removing all traces of the finely powdered coconut shell granules. This Scrub is designed to use on your entire face – not just your beard.
