Shipping Rates

In the UK, orders of £40 or more are shipped free. Orders under this value are shipped at £3.90, including packing, materials and processing. UK Priority Next Day Shipping is available for £15, for orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday. Next Day Shipping is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Free Next Day Shipping is automatically awarded for orders over £90 (UK).

Please note that since 2021, all overseas postage rates have increased dramatically (especially European destinations). Joe has kept these rates low for as long as possible, but they have now had to increase. For full details of International postage and typical delivery timescales, please refer to the table below:

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders received before midday on the same day. Orders received after midday are shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are prepared and sent the following Monday. In the event of Bank Holidays, the order will ship on the next UK working day. As standard First Class post is used, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Charges

VAT is charged on all UK sales at source and the VAT charge is calculated and already included in the prices published on the Gnarly Joe® website.

There are no VAT or Customs charges for UK buyers as goods are shipped from the UK, within the UK. Please note that for orders inside and outside the European Union, your country may ask you to pay a Customs or Duty charge, and these charges, if applied, will need to be paid by you. If in any doubt, please check with the relevant authority in your country before making a purchase on the Gnarly Joe® website.

Gnarly Joe® sometimes uses Amazon as a logistics and fulfilment partner, because their delivery systems are incredibly reliable and pass our rigorous efficiency tests. When we receive an order from you, we’ll check which is the most expedient and efficient way to get your order to you. Sometimes, that will be via an Amazon Fulfilment Centre.
