Gnarly Joe® is proud to announce that he has been invited into the Amazon Launchpad programme: An exciting invite-only annual initiative, that seeks to give small, emerging and young brands a voice. And before anyone starts, the term ‘young’ refers to the business, not the operator.
This is a partnership that I’m thrilled with. Amazon Launchpad specifically seeks out and selects small, growing enterprises, who can demonstrate growth, passion, commitment to customer service, and innovation in products. For that reason alone, I’m both humbled to have been invited.
But the fact that for the next year, Gnarly Joe® will have additional support, an amplified voice and the endorsement of working closely with a trusted global brand such as Amazon, is an opportunity I'm relishing.
As a niche brand, I have nowhere near the marketing budgets of big and established brands (who do a great job, by the way). But with Launchpad, I feel that for the next year, I'll be able to poke my nose onto the main stage from behind the curtain.
Most of all, a massive thank you goes out to all customers who have demonstrated support, loyalty, encouragement and feedback - I very much value all of it.
You could be forgiven for thinking that the reason I splash my hairy face over everything, is due to rampant narcissism. And even though there's a healthy dollop of truth in that, it’s much more about being visible, accountable and present for customers.
