Not doing any advertising or promotion really is a heinous and unforgivable crime for any brand attempting to compete in the harsh and unremitting battle for market share.

It's a cardinal sin for any brand, but for far too long, we've been too busy to write blogs, advertise, or do any social media. It's inexcusable, I know, but we've spent the past two years obsessing about improving older formulations, and developing exciting new products. So it's just as well that every so often, someone is kind enough to do the advertising for us.
